Lubricating equipment maker Graco Inc. announced last week that it has acquired Liquid Control Corp., a manufacturer of machines that dispense lubricants and other materials. Terms of the deal were not announced.
Graco officials said they bought Liquid Control and an affiliate, Profill Corp., both of North Canton, Ohio, in order to expand Gracos presence in the sealants and adhesives equipment market. Liquid Control makes single- and plural-component dispensing equipment;some of the former dispenses lubricants and is sold into a variety of industries.
Graco, which is based in Minneapolis, supplies equipment that moves, measures, controls and dispenses or sprays lubricants or other fluid materials.
