German lubricant company Fuchs has been shaking up the boardroom lately. The company has a new CFO, Esma Saglik, from May 1. She replaces Isabelle Adelt. Esma was CFO of Rehau Industries since 2020 and has many years of experience in finance. Mathieu Boulandet replaces Sebastian Heiner as CTO, as of Aug. 1. Megan O’Meara is the new president of Fuchs North America. Megan will oversee key business functions.
Fellow Germans Evonik Oil Additives has filled two new appointments in its global lubricant additives business. Maggie Lu is vice president of the new lubricant additives product line. Thomas Schimmel takes over Maggie’s previous role as vice president of the Asia-Pacific Region
In Hamburg, Martin John will jump onboard team Krahn Chemie Group as CEO in June. Martin has worked for Hoechst, Sued-Chemie and Clariant in Europe, the U.S. and China.
Pilot Chemical Co. appointed Graeme Biggin as vice president of growth and innovation. Biggin will be responsible for steering the company’s growth strategy.
Puma Energy has announced the appointment of Mark Russell as its new CEO. Russell, who has also joined the board will work with outgoing CEO Hadi Hallouche.
