Stoney Creek Technologies has been granted a patent on new emulsifier technology, and is using it to launch a new emulsion concentrate for water based systems where film forming and/or passive EP characteristics are desired. The new concentrate, SACI 4000C, is based on Stoney Creeks SACI sulfonate technology and this innovative amine-free emulsifier system. SACI 4000C imparts significantly improved corrosion resistance in water based products without introducing toxic or hazardous components, says the company.
